Team

Geneace Williams, JD, PhD

Founder
Dr. G as she is affectionately known, is an attorney, educator, business owner, author, speaker, and ordained minister who values making a difference.  As Founder, she desires to lead a Social Enterprise that advocates for social causes while helping women achieve full potential.  In addition to law practice, she has worked with companies and executives in strategic planning, leadership development, ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. A lifelong learner and influencer, Geneace has used her gift for teaching to help others find their voice. She is a passionate and justice focused leader who formally served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Nancy Beal, M.Ed.

Educational Strategist
Nancy is a business owner, executive director, educator, and trainer who believes education is key to leveling the field and unlocking our greatest potential for a more equitable and successful life.  She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instructions. Her career spans over 20 years in early and secondary education and more recently in working with girls who have been trafficked.  Nancy leverages educational theories and methodologies to deliver successful training programs and provide solutions across diverse educational industries. She is passionate about education and believes it is essential for all children and the responsibility of educators to invest time and talent in the success of future generations.

Emily Patton

Co-Lead Volunteer Engagement
Emily became a volunteer in 2019 after connecting with Dr. G and learning of their shared interest in lifting and supporting women of all ages in our communities. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Class of 2019, with a BA in Finance and Economics and a minor in Italian Studies. Emily works as a financial analyst on the Corporate Finance team at NielsenIQ in Chicago, IL. Through WORTH™,  Emily has found a place outside of work for her passion to learn new skills while connecting and serving women in our communities.

Bethany Boggess

Co-Lead Volunteer Engagement
Bethany is a 2019 alumna of the University of Notre Dame, where she studied Marketing. Following her graduation, she moved to Chicago to start her career at Nielsen, where she currently works as a Sports Consulting & Research Analyst. Emily invited Bethany to join the WORTH™ team in early 2020. She has greatly enjoyed applying her marketing knowledge to an endeavor as important as WORTH™. 

Board

Michelle F. Kitch, Esq.

Board Chair
Michelle F. Kitch graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts degree and went on to receive her JD from Detroit College of Law. While attending the University of Michigan, she studied at Oxford University, New College in Oxford, England. Michelle is a trained facilitator serving as a court appointed facilitator in state and federal courts. Michelle is the Chair of the Voluntary Facilitative Advisory Committee (“VFM”) for the United States District Court Western District. Michelle was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in the State of Michigan and Michelle was a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate Volunteer position).

Connie Brown

Treasurer
Connie Brown, a native of Chicago, Illinois, is married with two adult children. She earned an Associates in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s in Business Management-HR, Masters of Adult Education, Master of Divinity, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry. She worked as a Banking Professional for over 26 years and currently serves as the Executive Finance Officer at her place of worship. Formerly serving as a member of the DuPage County Board of the NAACP, Connie enjoys working in the community. She presently serves as a member of the AALR Board of DuPage County and is Chair of DAAWN, an enrichment program of AALR.

Farheen Moinuddin

Secretary & Social Media
Farheen was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Benedictine University in 2017. She received her Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law as a member of the class of 2021. As an Indian and Muslim woman, Farheen is passionate about diversity, interfaith work, youth development, and social justice. She has actively participated in this important work through university activities and nonprofit organizations in the community.
